CaseCompass provides a platform for the capture, tracking, and reporting of client-centric case management. Incidents involving people, services, and organizations are managed through the use of demographic information, progress notes, services provided, and many other data points.
CaseCompass is the result of a collaborative development effort between Smart Data Systems and a dynamic social services agency. CaseCompass will provide a strong foundation for any social service, healthcare, for-profit or non-profit, government agency or company that has a need to manage client cases or track incidents.
